RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Eleven Group will accept returns for purchases of products up to 14 days from your purchase date in most cases. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them. Purchases over 14 days are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable. All returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Sales of all personal hygiene items within our Personal Protective Essentials category are final due to the safety of our consumers in accordance with the prevailing regulatory guidelines.
RETURNS PROCESS
Prior to returning your package, please ensure the original packing slip or order number is included within the package. It is important to use a traceable shipping service whenever possible to ensure the successful delivery of your returned package. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

WHERE’S MY REFUND?
After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 10 days for us to receive and process your return. Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.
